I am mother of two small children who just happens to have coeliacs'.
I inadvertantly discovered I had coeliacs at 22, after spending a year constantly sick with virus after virus, fortunatly I found a doctor who looked closer and did more tests. At first I was angry, then i mourned the food I used to love, and now almost 10 years later I try to sovle the mystery that is gluten free.
That's right the process has taken almost 10 years to accept and understand what gluten free means in regards to good food, because, boy is there some poor excuses for food that is labeled gluten free.
I have worked hard to develop recipes that don't taste like they are gluten free, and the best part is, my husband (who is completely anti gluten free) is the best taste tester ever, whatever he won't eat, isn't worth eating!
I hope you try our gluten free goodies, even if you don't need gluten free, they're still good
