Gnomewares specialises in quality handcrafted items for the little people in our lives.
All items have been designed & handcrafted by me (Renee Nugent) a mother of two little people aged 3 & 7 months. I love my little people & most of my items are things that I've made for myself or friends & had comments on..........so here I am.............
My items have that quirky 'homecrafted' feel about them & have been made well to survive the punishment of little people & every mum's best friend - the washing machine.
I will be posting items as they are completed & prearranged pick-ups are welcome. I (hopefully), will be stretching my wings & attending some baby markets over the coming months as well in the Brisbane area. Thank you for your support.

Why the name Gnomewares?
Yes....it is an unusual name, but it has a history......I don't mind a bit of kitch & became known during my arts degree as 'Gnome Girl' due to my obsession with photographing garden gnomes. Whilst I've slowed down on the 'gnoming' photography, the incorporation on the play of 'little people' was too good to turn down. Besides let's face it, our children can be a bit kitch too.....doesn't seem to matter how many times you wipe their face or pick out their clothes, they tend to do things their own way by selecting their favourite crappy shoes & wiping toothpaste all over their clean clothes before you get out the door.
So cheers to you little people for always keeping my life eventful.
