I'm based on the Sunshine Coast, Australia but am happy to mail overseas at appropriate rates.

We recommend registered post or post with tracking. Standard post in Australia is
quoted in this listing. For an additional $3.50 in Australia your order can ship
registered or with tracking. Please let us know before sending payment
as your invoice can be adjusted.

The seller is not responsible for items lost in the post.

All items are handmade to order so please allow up to 10
days for your order to be shipped after payment is received. Please

RETURNS
I try at all times to please my customers. If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify me within 5 days and I will send details of how to return your goods.

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing they are in the same condition as when you first bought them. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable and I am not responsible for returns that do not reach us.

In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
