Kokeshi dolls are a folk art from Japan dating back to the 1800's, traditionally they were given as gifts of love and friendship. At Little House of Kokeshi we offer our unique collection of Japanese inspired handmade gifts and stationery perfect to celebrate those special ocassions of love and friendship. We have been hand making our range in Melbourne since 2006, and selling at various markets and shops. Our range includes greeting cards and stationery, jewellery, magnets, baby singlets and our newest addition is our Australian made handmade Kokeshi dolls.
We use quality materials including authentic Japanese washi paper and fabric, we also use 100% recycled card for our greeting cards. Thanks for visiting our madeit store!
