| Refunds and Exchanges |
| items that are damaged or lost during shipping are beyond my control if you have not purchased postal insurance. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days with a reasonable explaination and I will definately consider a full refund or exchange of item, I really do want to keep all customers and potential customers HAPPY! |
