Paypal (Credit card payments can be made through Paypal)

Direct Debit for Australian customers only

All prices are in AUD$.  Payment must be received within 7 days of finalising your purchase, if no contact has been made within this time the sale will be cancelled and the item re-listed.

Postage

Items in stock will be posted within 3 business days on receipt of payment.  

All postage will be made through Australia Post.  Australian orders will be sent standard post (approx 2-4 days).  Express post and insurance can be arranged at an additional cost.

International postage will be sent via airmail, please contact me for a quote on your postage.

All care is taken to ensure items are packaged appropriately, and I cannot be held responsible for your item once it has been posted. 

Delivery and/or Pickup can be arranged by agreement in the local area only being Victorian postcode 3677.

Returns

Please remember all pieces are handmade by me, and most pieces are very delicate so please do not be too heavy handed.  Please allow for slight variations in colour due to different computer screen settings etc, I will endeavour to describe items to the best of my ability.

I take great pride in my work, and attention to detail so if have any faults with your piece please contact me as soon as possible.  

Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind, however I am happy if you would to exchange your piece.  Please note all shipping costs will be at your own expense.
