Payment

I accept payment through PayPal only. PayPal is a secure way to pay for purchases either by your PayPal account or credit/debit card.

Payment at time of purchase is required! It is policy that an order is considered VOID if the payment is not received within 3 days after purchase. I do file with Madeit for non-paying buyer after 3 days. I do however send a friendly email to inform you that check out has not been completed.
If after 3 days I do not get a response, I reserve the right to cancel the sale.

Shipping

Purchased items will be shipped within 3 working days via Australia Post. Please make sure your PayPal and shipping address are the same.

Unless you specify otherwise. International orders will be shipped in the most economical manner.

If you prefer a specific shipping method please email me before paying your invoice so that we can discuss the shipping fee and adjust the invoice.

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept returns if the item is misrepresentated in some way. You have four (4) days, upon arrival, to contact me so that we can discuss the issue. Jewellery cannot be refunded or exchanged if the buyer simply changes their mind. If returning an item for any reason, it must be sent fully insured. Shipping will be at your cost. Any item being returned must be sent in it's original packaging and in the new and unworn condition that I shipped it. Refunds will be issued upon the arrival of the item.

Colour of the photographs

I have taken care in making sure each photograph of jewellery on the website is true to its colour, style and sparkle. I provide a couple of clear photos for each piece. Photos are a true and clear representation of the piece. Varying computer screens can show slight variations. Please email me with any questions at all prior to buying.
