Have a little browse around my store. My items are all handmade by me in my little craft room/library/spare room at home. I'm happy to answer any and all questions about my products.
The products listed are pre-made (unless custom) and ready to ship. I do offer a custom service, so if you see something you like but want it in another colour or style, just let me know and I'll do my best!

Payment

I accept paypal only.

Payment is to be made within 3 days.

I will accept cancellations if a fair reason is given. Change of mind will not be accepted.

Shipping

I ship using regular Australia Post. Express post and registered post are available at an extra cost.

All items (where applicable) will be wrapped in tissue paper before being packaged.

I generally post on Thursdays and Saturdays, convo me if you are in a rush and I will arrange to have item posted on another day.

I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in post.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items only refunded if faulty or not as described. No refund for change of mind. Item must be returned for refund. Proof of fault must be provided. Postage and handling will not be refunded.

If faulty item can be refunded (minus p&h) after proof of fault is given. I will swap it for a new item if item is sent back to me, postage and handling will be free for second item.

Yes, I will refund on custom order but ONLY if item is returned to me. P&H not refunded.

Custom Orders: Please convo me for custom orders. Allow 1 week for item to be made. If it will take longer I will let you know beforehand.
