CURRENT TURN AROUND TIMES: Current turnaround time for the week commencing Monday 17th Junel 2013 is approximately 10 - 14 days. Please note Australia Post increases are in effect as from 8th April 2013 and applies to all parcels. Letter rates remain unchanged.

ORDERS: Please note I am getting a lot of requests to see designs in a particular name or using a particular design number before purchasing, I can no longer can do this as it takes me away from valuable sewing time and in turn increases my turnaround times.

If you see a particular design elsewhere you would like I am happy to make something similar but please note I will not copy someone's work, I will work with you to create something just as nice

FABRICS: I literally have hundreds of fabrics so please ask if you are after a particular colour or theme and I will try my best to help you. All fabrics are purchased in small amounts and once sold some cannot be reordered so please be quick if you see something you like

POSTAGE: All purchases within Australia are shipped via REGISTERED post. Overseas orders are posted via regular air mail. Please note I am not responsible for postage times to your location I can only give you an estimate when posted as it is given to me by Australia Post.

REFUNDS: All items are inspected by me both during and after the sewing process to ensure you are receiving a quality item. If you have any problems please feel free to contact me. Returns will only be accepted if the fault is mine. Please provide me with the correct spelling at time of purchase.
