Payment & Postage:
Payment is required within 5 business days.
Work will commence on item once payment has been received.
All items are bubble wrapped and boxed with the utmost care as it is important to us that your item arrives in perfect condition.
All items over $50 will be sent via Registered Post as this guarantees insurance up to $100.
All items under $50 will be sent via Express Post. Australia Post have a standard insurance policy and will insure any item up to the value of $50.
Both ways allow for the item to be tracked.
As all items are personalised, we do not offer a refund. However, if there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us immediately as we will do everything we can to rectify the problem. Provided the following conditions are met:
1. The product has not been damaged as a result of neglect or mistreatment in anyway by the customer.
2. Contact is made within 7 days from delivery stating the problem.
3. The item is returned in the original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are at the customers cost and are not refundable.
