Postage

Items are generally posted within 48 hours.Delivery times are as follows:

Australia: 2-3 Days after date of shipping.
International: 7-10 days after date of shipping. Please bear in mind that items can occasionally be held up at customs which will lengthen delivery times.

Insurance is not included. If you require insurance, please contact for a quote

Refund and Exchange

I hope you would be 100% in love with whatever I send - however refunds are available on a case by case exception. If you do not wish to keep your purchase, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving the item to let me know. We will do our best to sort things out but we require that the item should be shipped back in original condition and once received the process of your refund or exchange will start, excluding any postage charges incurred.

If you would like me to send the item to a special address (like the recipient of a gift) just let me know. I would be more than happy to gift wrap too on request.
