All orders are shipped within 3 working days after payment is received. If your order is unable to be processed in this time you will be contacted via email to make alternate arrangements.
Payment is via credit card and Paypal is used to ensure security. Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase and international buyers must use Paypal.

Regular parcel post via Australia Post with Express Post available upon request. Larger artworks sent via courier.
All items posted are registered for safe delivery.
Please ensure delivery addresses provided to Hey Stella! are current and correct. We take no responsibility to shipping to an incorrect address.
We take great care when packaging our items and use recycled packing material wherever possible. Please think of the environment when you dispose of them.
Refunds
Hey Stella! takes every care to ensure colours and sizes are represented accurately and descriptions are true and fair so our customers should have no need to regret.
Please consult the friendly Hey Stella folk before asking for refunds or credits as we are more than willing to find the right product for your specific needs.
We cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
Hey Stella! will accept product returns, less original shipping costs, within 3 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or repair where:
We appreciate that returned goods are carefully packed, preferably with / in their original packaging.
Please do not ask for refunds on any shipping costs as refusal may offend.
Original shipping charges are not refunded on returns.
Please be aware that the return shipping cost is your responsibility and will not be refunded.
