Payment

Payments are welcomed via Paypal or via direct deposit.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

As soon as payment is recieved your items will be posted to ensure you get your new purchase in your hands as soon as possible.

Negative feedback for non-payment and no-response to emails will be left to help protect other Etsy buyers and sellers.

Shipping

We are very excited to offer our Made It customers free shipping within Australia.

If we have the jewellery piece in stock it will be posted within 24 hours. If the jewellery pieces are not in stock they will be made to order and posted as soon as they are ready. You'll will receive your new purchase within 1-2 weeks if not sooner.

Each piece is beautifully wrapped as seen in the item photographs. They will then be carefully packed into a small box to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

They are sent through Australia Post, if you would like your items to be sent via registered post please let us know. There is an additional fee of $3.50 for registered post.

Express next day delivery within Australia can be arranged for an additional fee of $9.95, please let us know if this is required.

Please ensure the address on your madeit.com.au and paypal accounts are up to date and correct. Should the addresses differ I will send the items to the Etsy address.

Delivery to addresses outside Australia will take 2-6 weeks to arrive as delays through customs may eventuate.

Refunds and Exchanges

As our valued customer it is our primary concern that you are happy with your purchase and have a positive experience when shopping with us.

Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept refunds or exchanges and ask that you please purchase seriously.

In the rare event that a defect is found with an item, we willl of course replace it.
