Payment

• I prefer PayPal as a method of payment but will accept direct deposit for Australian customers if required.
  
• For direct deposit, please contact me to arrange payment.
• Payment within 3 days would be appreciated.
  
• If I have not received payment within 3 days, I will proceed to cancelling the sale.

Shipping

• Orders will be posted within 24-48 hours of payment being made.
• Express Post, Insurance cover or Registered Post are available upon request with an additional postage fee. Registered Post provides cover up to $100. Please contact me to arrange any changes to postage.
• Your purchase will be carefully wrapped to protect it in transit to ensure it arrives safely. Each item will be protected and presented in a complimentary gift box and securely posted in a bubble wrap mailer envelope.

Refunds & Exchange

• All items have been made with care and photographs taken with attention to detail to give an accurate representation of each piece with an aim for you as the customer to be happy and satisfied with your chosen piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me so we can resolve the issue.
• If returning an item, it will need to be returned in its original condition ( wrapped securely including gift box) with the cost of return shipping covered by you.
