Payment Details
I accept payment via Direct Deposit and Paypal. All payment details are outlined in the invoice.

Payment within 48 hours of purchase is required unless prior arrangement has been made. After this time, the sale will be cancelled and the items will be made available for sale.

Postage

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of payment being made. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery depending on shipping selected.
 
All orders are sent by Australia Post and are priced according to weight and size.

Regular postage is $6.95 and includes tracking through Australia Post.

Express postage is also available for $10.55. Please comment at checkout if you require this service prior to payment.

Packaging

Your Cherish Jewellery Design will be individually wrapped and handled with the utmost care. While I take great care in packaging your gift I do not accept  any responsiblility for loss or damage made by Australia Post.  However I will try and do everything I possible can to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

Refunds and Exchanges

Great care has been taken when creating all of my designs. Photographs have been taken to give you an accurate representation of the product and includes a detailed description.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me immediately so we can resolve the issue.

NO REFUNDS will be given if you just change your mind however, an EXCHANGE is possible. Please contact me as soon as possible to arrange this. (Postage will be your responsiblity)

 If a product is faulty, a full refund (including postage to and from) will be made. The item must be returned within 7 days in its original packaging.

Please note:

Cherish Jewellery Designs are individual handmade items that are made with great care. However, they are not designed to be given to young babies or children as most designs include very small beads that may present a choking hazard.
