All cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the time you made an order. 

RETURNS:

 
Refunds and exchanges for faulty items only. Please notify me within 3 days of receipt of your intent to return or exchange an item. 
Postage/delivery charges are NOT refundable. 
I DO NOT absorb shipping costs to return or exchange. 
Please pack and seal items you are returning securely.  I will NOT be responsible for any loss or damage of returned goods in transit. 

POSTAGE POLICY: 

The postage cost that you see in my listings are for 1 item only. I will always combine postage if you purchase multiple items so you save on postage. I do not charge handling fees. The postage cost that I charge are based on Australia Post postage fees. 

PAYMENT POLICY: 

I prefer Bank Deposits (please contact me for details)  and accept Paypal.
Please make payment within 3 days. If you can not make this time frame, get in touch with me ASAP so we can work things out.
