General Information

Many of the items in this store are ornamental and not suitable for children, and will say so in the item description. Please be mindful that sometimes use small objects that may come away and become lodged in a child's throat. You have been warned.

Payments & Shipping

I prefer paypal transactions, but can accept direct deposit for payments. If there are other forms of payment you wish to use, I am more than happy to discuss with you, but I cannot guarantee that I will be able to accept anything other than paypal or direct deposit.

I usually ship items on the next business day of sale, or in the next two (2) business days for bulky/difficult items. If you would like to use registered or express post, a further charge will be incurred on top of the original item postage charge (which is regular post). You will be notified first on what these extra charges will be so please allow another business day for me to eventually ship to you.

Delivery times will vary depending on; where you live; Australia Post; floods; fires; asteroids; the Second Coming etc. If I can, I will notify you on the expected delivery date.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds will only be accepted if the item arrives damaged. The refunded item must be returned and I will pay the cost of postage once I recieve a postage receipt from you. It is only possible to exchange damaged items if more than one of same exists (many are once-off items), otherwise a choice of any other item of a similar value is offered with free postage.

I cannot offer a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind, so please choose carefully.
