Shipping will be via REGULAR Australia post mail for Australian orders, and REGULAR Air Mail for International orders. I endeavour to keep postage costs to the cheapest method available. Please note this is an unregistered and untrackable service. Express shipping is available at additional cost to the buyer.
I have sent many parcels via Australia Post over the years and have not had a parcel go missing yet. If in the unlikely event, a suitable timeframe has passed and you suspect your parcel has gone missing, please contact me. Sometimes shipping does take longer than what we regard as a 'normal' time period, and i will be able to give you an accurate idea of when the item was shipped and how long it should take in general to arrive. I am not happy unless you are happy! I WILL be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in the post. Any extra shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.
If you would like an item to be sent as a gift, please leave a message in the comments section at checkout, and i will contact you. I am more than happy to ship directly to a gift recipient!
Most of my items are handmade to order, and handmade takes time! Orders are generally completed within 3-5 days of payment being made.
Local Australian Orders: Please allow between 5-10 working days for your delivery. If you would like a quicker timeframe please contact me. Express post can be arranged at additional cost.
International Orders: Please allow up to three weeks for delivery.
Payment by Paypal or direct deposit please.
Direct deposit details can be found on your invoice in the 'Comments' box. You can access this by going to your account page and clicking on Invoice>Purchases>View/Print (blue box) under your order listing
Please make payment as soon as possible. I will follow up orders that haven't been paid for within 5 days, after which the order will be cancelled if contact is still not made.
It is my aim to provide the highest quality items to my customers. If, in the unlikely event you receive an item that you are not happy with, please contact me within 3 days of receiving and we can work out an exchange arrangement. If the item is faulty, a full refund or exchange will be offered. Refunds or exchanges for any other reasons will be at my discretion and buyer will need to pay postage to return the item. Shipping/postage is not refunded.
Once again, it is my aim to provide the highest quality items to my customers. I triple stitch all tags to Loopy Loos Tag Blankets as well as turning and top stitching again to provide strength and durability. As with any product designed for babies and toddlers, I urge buyers to check items regularly for signs of wear and tear. In the event that a ribbon frays or loosens within 3 months of purchase, please contact me for an exchange or full refund.
