Welcome to KokomoDesign on MadeIt! We are a mother and daughter team who have joined forces to bring you wonderful hand made treasures. You can see us in the flesh at the Arts & Crafts Markets on the Gold Coast, so we will keep you posted for when we will be there next!!!
We accept Paypal payments and also money orders* (purchased from Australia Post only) Cancellations should made be no later than 48 hours of placing your order*. For Paypal payments, if your funds have cleared before or after you cancel your purchase, they will be refunded to you in full, however please allow 3-5 working days for funds to clear back into your account. For Money Orders, if your Money order is received after you cancel with your order us, we will return your money order back to you free of charge.

Please bare with us, we are yet to establish a standard postage cost for each range, but will keep you as up to date as possible. Standard costs will only apply within Australia, any international orders will be priced individually per order and may incur additional charges (customs/international fees/additional fees etc) If you have any queries (and we know you will to start of with!) please don't hesitate to contact us!
Refunds, please refer to 'Payment Policies' regarding cancellation refunds. We pack all orders with care to do our best to prevent any damage from occuring in tranit, however we will not be held response if loss or damage occurs. Handmade items may have small faults, that's what makes them so unique - but they are only ever minor and sometimes go unnoticed. However, if you feel that a fault is not 'part of the product' please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase and please send us images supporting this so we can assess the product. If we deem that it is a major fault with the product we will offer you a full refund or exchange. If you request a refund, please note how our policy will work. If you have paid via Paypal we will refund the amount less postage, please allow 3-5 working days for funds to clear in your account. If you paid by Money Order we will refund the amount less postage through Money Order. If you decide on an exchange once the above has been determined, will we arrange the postage free of charge for your replacement item, once we receive the damage goods from you (you are responsible for the postage fees when returning the damaged goods to us.)Once we receive you original purchase you will then need to reselect a product and pay any difference if necessary)
