Payments should be made by Paypal, or Bank Deposit for Australian Customers Only All sales must be finalised immediately. Items not paid for will be reported to Madeit as non paying customers. A few days grace is given to direct deposit customers for payments to clear between bank accounts.
As our products are hand made, with great attention to detail, quality control is extremely tight. We would therefore not anticipate any issues relating to the quality of our products.
However, we are happy to offer a 30 days guarantee against any faulty materials or manufacture.
In the unlikely event of such a defect occurring, please contacts us by e-mail or phone and we will gladly repair or replace any defective item.
There are no refunds or exchanges available on Personalized Items or custom orders.
All orders within Australia will be posted within 5- 10 working days.
Shipping is by regular Australia Post, unless other is requested. Registered Post & tracking Post is available on request. Please note I am not responsible for items that are lost by Australia Post
