Payment

I accept payment by Paypal and Credit Card only. You can pay using your credit card through Paypal - you do not need to set up a Paypal Account to do this.

I prefer payment to be made at the time of purchase. If I have not received payment or any correspondance from you within 48 hours then I will cancel the sale and the item will be re-listed.

I will contact you when I receive receipt of payment.

Shipping

My shipping prices are based on the cost of postage plus packaging materials.

I will send you a message once I have receipt of your purchase to let you know when I will be able to post the item, and again when I have have sent it.

 I will ship the items to the address listed in your Paypal Account UNLESS you state otherwise.

 I post all packages via Standard postage for Australia. Please allow one week from the date of posting for item delivery before contacting me. For International buyers all packages will be sent via airmail. Please note this postage method is NOT trackable. 

 I am  more than happy to send parcels via Recorded Delivery. Please make sure you state this BEFORE payment so I can adjust the postage charges accordingly.

If you are an INTERNATIONAL BUYER you are responsible for all fees, taxes & duties associated with shipping to your respective country.

Refunds and Exchanges

I only accept exchanges NOT refunds.

I only accept returns for items that are in some way defected. I do my upmost to ensure all my products are made to the highest quality and packaged appropriately. I am not responsible for damage caused in shipping.

If the item you receive has a design fault I am happy to send a replacement once the faulty item has been returned. Please notify me immediately via a private email if this is the case.

All shipping is at buyers own cost.

All my products are made with love. Most of my items are hand sewn and all are handmade and should be handled with care.

*Please note my items are not suitable for small children.*
