Payment:  We prefer to process our payments via paypal as it protects not only the seller but, the buyer.  We also accept Bank direct deposit. but, please take into account that your order will not be shipped until your payment has cleared.  We hope you understand =)

Shipping:  All of our orders are shipped via Australia Post.  If you wish to have your order shipped via express or insured please let me know and I am happy to organise that for you.  There is an additional charge for this.

Refunds and Exchanges: As all items are handmade, each item is as sold under the 'as is' banner, and we do not accept exchages or refunds.  Please email me though as I am more than happy to see if we can work something out.  Customer service is important to us and we would like to see you as a return customer!!
