Refund policy
It is the customers responsibility to ensure you have purchased the correct format and size for your machine. It is the customers responsibility to ensure you have the necessary software and machine, etc to use these designs. Due to the digital nature of my products and their ease to be reproduced I do not offer refunds.
Quality guarantee
All my designs are manually digitised and test stitched a number of times before being offered for sale. This ensures that only the best quality embroidery is sold.
If you experience any problems with the quality of your embroidery I will try to help wherever I can, to ensure you get maximum sewing pleasure.
Customer service guarantee
I will respond to all queries within 24 working hours, if you do not receive an answer to an email you sent me, it may be in your spam mail folder. Files usually sent within 24 working hours, but sometimes sooner.
Payment methods
Paypal preferred but I also accept direct deposit for customers within Australia. Paypal only for customers outside Australia. Please email me for bank details if you want to pay by direct deposit.
Terms of use
Permission to use designs on items for: personal use, gifts, commercially in small quantities.
“commercially in small quantities” is defined as items that are hand made by yourself and not “mass produced”. Examples of “commercially in small quantities” might include items you make to sell at: craft markets, online stores, ebay, etsy, etc.
Permission to make one hardcopy backup for your own records.
You are not permitted to give away or re-sell any designs on this site or cd, either by themselves or in collections with other designs.
By purchasing these designs you purchase the right to use them, ownership of these designs remains with myself as the designer and digitiser.

As accoring to Australian refund laws my products are covered with consumer guarantees on the following points:
I offer refunds on items if they do not meet the above guarantees. Refund and replacements are considered on a customer by customer basis, if you have a problem just email me and we can try to find a solution.
