PAYMENT: Squeak & Squirrel accepts payment via PayPal or, for Australian customers, via direct deposit. If you wish to use this option, please contact me via Madeit.

SHIPPING: Items are shipped once payment is received. Clothing in stock will be shipped within three days of receipt of payment. For custom orders, please allow 10 working days. If, due to unforseen circumstances this is not possible, I will notify you immediately. Orders are sent via registered post only (I will notify you with a tracking number once shipped). I take no responsibility for goods stolen or damaged in transit. International buyers please note, you are responsible for any and all shipping duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: Please choose your items carefully as Squeak & Squirrel does not refund/exchange due to change of mind or incorrect sizing. If you have any questions re sizing, please contact me via Madeit. I will refund/exchange faulty goods but return postage will be at the buyer's expense. 

CARE: Please treat your pretties with the respect they deserve. I recommend handwashing your clothing in warm water or in a lingerie bag on gentle machine cycle to keep them in mint condition.

YOUR AGREEMENT AT PURCHASE: Squeak & Squirrel clothing is made with great care and attention to detail. Some designs may include buttons, ribbon, ruffles and fabric roses. These should be checked regularly as they may become detached and cause a choking hazard. Please use common sense. Do not put your child to bed in such clothing.
