REFUNDS- I try my best to create quality unique pieces that will stand the test of time, however if you receive your lamp and it is damaged by the fault of myself eg, fabric has come loose or something else has gone wrong with the shade I am happy to give a refund within 7 days as long as I have received the faulty lamp before hand. I will not be held responsible for items broken in transit at the fault of Australia post. I will only be refunding the total price of the lamp, not the postage. Sorry! I am now sending all my items via registered post which will cost an extra $3.00. However I think that this will benefit both you the customer and myself. CUSTOM ORDERS- I also do custom orders so if you would like a custom lamp made please feel free to contact me. I can send swatches and email pictures and such. Please email me with any questions that you may have. Custom orders can take up to two weeks to complete once receiving your order depending on materials. I will give you a final price once I know all the materials needed to make the lamp. Payment is not required until after the order is complete to ensure you like it first. Custom orders will cost extra, how much depends on the order and the amount of work involved but I will let you know costs in your final quote.
