 POSTAGE:

I have recently changed couriers, so price of postage has gone down (yay!). For packaging, I use recyclable materials as much as possible, to keep cost minimal, without compromising the service.

Shipping of the candles and artwork requires a comfortable size box to allow space for filling and reduce the possibility of a breakage.

Pick up of artwork is available from Seaford, South Australia, or by arrangement. Feel free to contact me to organise the collection.

Your item will be shipped within 1-2 working days after receiving full payment.

EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS:

Exchange or refund is available for items damaged during shipping. You will need to provide proof/photograph of item being damaged, and your money will be refunded or you can choose another item instead.
Lost items can be refunded only if they have been shipped with registered (tracked) post. Please, specify 'registered mail' for shipping, when buying an item.
For any other instances, feel free to contact me and we will come to an agreement. Thank you.
