Welcome to Fabcy – jewellery that's a little bit fancy…and a whole lot fabulous!

I specialise in jewellery made with sparkling Swarovski crystals in vintage, rare and hard-to-find colours, shapes and sizes.

If you can't see an item in the colour or shape you want, please ask me as I have a wide range of Swarovski in my inventory.

I take my time to make each piece of jewellery by hand. I only use quality components, and each piece is meticulously constructed to ensure a professional finish.

PAYMENT

I accept PayPal and credit cards through PayPal.

Australian customers can also pay by direct bank deposit. If you wish to pay by direct bank deposit, please select the "request seller's bank details" button at the checkout to request my details in order to make payment for the order. When payment has been made, I will update the payment status of your order and it will appear with a status of "paid".

SHIPPING
Once payment has been received, all parcels are gift wrapped with care and dollops of gorgeousness, and dispatched from Chez Fabcy between 1 to 3 days (usually it's only 1 to 2 days, but if it's a weekend or public holiday the post office isn't open here so they are posted on the first working day possible).

I will email you to let you know when your purchase is on its way.

I will ship to your PayPal address unless you tell me otherwise during purchase or right after purchase by sending an email to me.

Australian customers – I use Australia Post parcel post which, depending on where you live, should take between 2 to 5 business days to reach you. Expedited shipping via Express Post is also available, please inquire for further details.

International customers - I am very happy to send items to international customers at reasonable rates; please email me for a quote on postage. I ship by airmail and, once posted, it should take between 2 to 6 weeks for the parcel to reach you (although the average time is between 2 - 3 weeks). Expedited shipping is also available, please inquire if interested. Please note, delivery times can increase at high volume postal times such as Christmas or with Customs high security checks.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not happy for any reason, please give me the opportunity to make things right (before leaving neutral or negative feedback).

Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. If it is postmarked within 7 days of receiving it, and is returned in the same condition it was shipped, I will refund you the full price of the item, not including the original shipping costs you paid. Please note I am not responsible for postage costs you incur to return the item.

Alternatively, instead of a refund you can choose to exchange the item for another in my shop. If there is a price difference, you will either receive a credit (e.g. I will refund the price difference to you through PayPal) or be asked to pay the difference.

Custom orders are made to order and therefore are not refundable.
