Payment: I accept PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit (please contact me for details). For Direct Bank Deposit, please allow 24-48 hours bank processing time for funds to be cleared. Please use your user ID for reference with payment.

International: PayPal only.

Postage & Handling: Item will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. Item will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment (unless weekend or Public Holiday). Item will be shipped by regular service or parcel post via Australia Post. Express Post and Registered Post services are available upon request, at an extra cost.

Refunds & Exchanges: All items are handmade. I use new, recycled and/or vintage fabrics and buttons in my flowers and as such, there may be slight blemishes or ageing. However, all materials are clean. I take all care with packaging and will consider refunds and exchanges depending on the circumstances. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible.
