MISSI Bags, Accessories and Other Stuff is all about handmade craft and sewing items with a difference. All items are 'one offs' and are original ideas.

Preferred payment method is Paypal, however Direct Deposit is also welcome. If you would like to pay this way, please email me and I will be happy to provide Bank details.

Once an item is selected for purchase, and payment has been received, it will be shipped within 24 hours. All care is taken to ensure that your item/s will be sent to you arriving in perfect condition.  Shipping charges may alter slightly according to weight and size. It is better to have your item arrive safely and in good condition.

Items may be exchanged if the size is wrong, or is clearly not the item ordered. I will gladly exchange if the swing tags are still attached, and the item in original condition.

An item may be refunded if it is in it's original condition, with swing tag intact. Items will be refunded where faulty workmanship is apparent, or the item is clearly does not fit the description. A refund will be returned in the same method as payment was received.
