 I use Australia Post.

              Insurance is recommended as i can not be resposible for lost or demaged mail, once i have sent it.  It will be an additional cost to the postage quoted on the listing.  Please advise me if you would like insurance once you have made a purchase.

Refunds.

 If for what ever reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know straight away when you recieve your goods , and i will do my best to try and sort things out.
