It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase. I accept returns and exchanges within the first 30 days of receipt. The item must be returned in new and unused condition. Please contact me to request a refund. Refunds will be issued less shipping charges.

Payments can be made through PayPal, a secure online payment system which is very easy to use. You may already have an account. If not, you do not need to sign up to use their service, and can pay directly through their site by credit card.
Please make sure you make a payment within 3 days of the purchase. After 3 days, you will receive a reminder from me via Convo. All non-paid transactions within 7days of purchase will be canceled.
If you would like to cancel your order, please convo me so I can update your order cancellation correctly. 

I also accept direct deposit, convo me for bank details after purchase.

Shipping:  Orders will be shipped up to 5 business days from the payment's clearing date.
International Shipping from AUSTRALIA takes up to 12-14 business days.
All jewellery comes ready to be given as a gift.

Please notice that the shipping address I receive automatic after your purchase is the PayPal address, so if you want your order to be sent to other address please make sure to update me.
