| Payment on all orders is required within 3 days of purchase otherwise I will need to cancel the order. My Method of payment is PayPal *International Customers: Any customs requirements or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. |

| Refunds and Exchanges |
| Returns/Refund: Items may be returned for refund within 14 days of receipt of an item. It's a provision that you contact me prior to posting. However, this may not be the case for custom-designed work such as a portrait which I cannot resell, so please look at my work carefully to decide if this is the style you like. Items must be returned to me in their original condition or the return cannot be accepted. Postage costs cannot be refunded. Postage of a product back to me for a refund is at the expense of the buyer (except where the return is due to error on my part). Please note that returning items in transit are the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is damaged in transit back to me, I am unable to refund the cost, so please ensure items are well packaged and insured/tracked if you are concerned it could be lost. Exchange: I am generally happy to exchange items for any reason. Items need to be returned to me within 14 days of receipt of the item. It's a provision that you contact me prior to posting.
