Payment by Australian customers is preferred by means of direct deposit but PayPal is also accepted. PayPal is the only method of payment available for international customers.

All items are shipped in a secure manner to preserve their safety as far as possible. Shipping will be done as fast as possible and preferably by registered post for peace of mind. If you require other means of postage such as regular or express post, please contact me. Regular postage is not recommended for jewellery items.

Refunds are generally not entertained but if an item is not as described or you can think of another good reason, please let me know so that I can see how I can assist you. In order to obtain a refund, the item must first be returned to me undamaged.

Exchanges will be entertained where circumstances permit.
