Payment and Shipping

Payments should be made via the Paypal system (direct deposit can also be arranged on request) within 3 working days. If for some reason this is not possible, please email me to reserve your item and consider an alternative time frame for payment.

Items will not be sent prior to payment being received. Once payment has been received, items will be posted through Australia Post within 24 hours (with the exception of weekends and public holidays in which case they will be sent on the next available business day).

Items will be sent using Australia Post regular mail; ensuring items are appropriately packaged to avoid possible damage. If you would prefer your item to be sent via Express or Registered post please email me to arrange this, however please note that an additional fee may be requested.

Refunds and Exchanges

As all the items found in this store are lovingly hand made by me, I take pride in their quality and construction. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to email me and I will be happy to resolve the issue. Please note however that refunds on purchased items will not be given for change of mind reasons.
