Custom Orders
As well as the items listed we also can make these same works but we can customise them to your needs. So maybe you want a different colour or a different frame? Maybe you might even want to tweak one of our designs? Whatever your needs are, we are more than happy to work with you in order to create beautiful decor just for you.

Payment

* Once sold, I will email you with my BSB and Bank Account details.

* Special pick up/delivery options available in the designer’s home town (Melton Region) or in Melbourne CBD, payment can be made at pick-up/delivery.

Shipping
I ship worldwide!  All items will be packaged with great care to protect your purchase. Framed items will be wrapped in bubble wrap and securely packed into a box marked fragile.

Domestic Shipping
I usually use REGISTERED MAIL which requires a signature on delivery. Once you have purchased the item, if this doesn’t work for you I am happy to discuss other postage options. If you are in the local area (Melton Area) pick up is available of course or if you are around the Melbourne CBD area, we can arrange pick-up or delivery, just email me to arrange.

International Shipping
I use REGULAR AIR MAIL for international shipping. Once again if you would prefer registered mail, please let me know your location and I will obtain an exact shipping rate. International shipping rates vary depending on location.

Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary, but on average take approximately 7 - 14 business days. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes.

Refunds & Exchanges
Please contact me within 7 days if you are unhappy with your purchase and I will try to fix the problem. Refunds will only be made if the item is 'faulty' or defective in some way. Please note refunds are not available for change of mind.
