Payment

I accept direct bank transfer (for those in Australia only) and paypal. 

Please kindly attend to payment within 4 days of purchasing your item. Any items unpaid after 4 days will be re-listed.

Shipping

I ship using standard post. If you should like an item sent by express or registered post please convo me and I would be happy to arrange. 

Ready made orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of order being placed. 
Made to order items will be shipped within 5-7 days of order placed - unless advised otherwise.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to like what you have purchased. If for some reason you are not happy, I will be happy to refund your money, on receipt of the item in its original condition (postage at your cost). 

I reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has not been returned in its original condition.
