I will endeavour to process your order within 3 days.
I send all parcels by Australia Post.
Within Australia 2 – 5 working days delivery time
International 1 – 2 weeks delivery time
Please contact me prior to making a purchase for a price on Registered Post, Express Post or insurance (within Australia).
International orders will be sent Australia Post airmail. I will complete a customs form which will be attached to the parcel. Any other costs associated with receiving the goods in the receivers country will be met by the customer.
All items are sent in perfect condition, protected, then placed in a padded envelope. I cannot be held accountable to any damage or losses during shipping. Insurance or registered post is recommended if you are concerned about tracking the parcel.
Refunds will only be considered if you contact me immediately after your item has been received. Please detail your reasons for wanting a refund for the item and we can start a conversation about resolving the problem. I will only refund the price of the item (shipping excluded) and will not pay for return shipping.
I do not refund money if you have changed your mind. I do offer exchanges. Items are sold, as seen on screen.
