blossyfloss provides free postage within Australia for Australian retail customers only.
Our returns policy is that you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described or don't do what they are supposed to do.
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
All prints and frames are painstakingly checked before being sent to you. Each is packaged with love and care. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or faulty, please contact us at

within 2 days of receipt and we will then authorise an exchange.
Whilst every care is taken to ensure descriptions, designs and colours are correct, product representations may vary from what you see on your computer monitor. Please note that there will always be slight colour variance between the image seen on screen and the final product as different monitors give different colour results.
We use Paypal to processes payment. There is the option to use your credit card via the Paypal system even if you don't have a Paypal login.
Protecting your personal and order information is important to us. All personal information provided to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any outside entities without your expressed permission; other than for delivery of the products you have purchased from us.
