Shipping

Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

If you'd like priority express shipping (3 days estimated arrival) is available for and additional $6.

INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES please note:
Estimated shipping time to international addresses by the Australia Post is 8-14 days. However, the packages are not guaranteed to arrive in that time. There are some countries where packages do take up to 30 days to arrive...this is erratic, and seems unpredictable.  Tracking of international packages is not available therefore, I cannot guarantee delivery.  (I do wish I had more control over the mail service, but doesn't everyone :).

Refunds and Exchanges

We will gladly replace product if we have made a mistake in the order, such as size or color, or if the product is defective in any way.
