Payment

I accept payment by Direct Deposit or PayPal.

The details for Direct Deposit will appear on your invoice - please use your name or username as reference so I can easily identify your payment and post your order off quickly.

Please note that payment is due within 3 days of purchase, however please contact me if you need a little longer to pay.

Shipping

Once your payment has been received, your order will be wrapped beautifully, packaged carefully and shipped within 2 business days. You should then receive your order within 1-5 business days from the shipping date, depending on what area of Australia you live in.

Paintings will be sent by Registered Post, which includes compensation of up to $100 for loss or damage. Please note that a signature is required on delivery. All other items will be sent by Regular Post, however please let me know if you would like to upgrade to Registered or Express Post.

Refunds & Exchange

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please contact me as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order and we can make arrangements for your choice of a refund (less shipping costs) or exchange.

Please note that because my items are either one of a kind or limited edition pieces, I don't refund or exchange if you simply change your mind.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are welcome. I would love you to contact me with your ideas or requests. Please note that payment must be made before I begin work on your custom order.
