Timing? I'm a pretty busy lady/wife/mumma so please remember to be patient. I get stuck into orders usually within two days and have them ready to be shipped in a week. Why so long? Because I hand craft these bags very carefully to make sure you're only getting the most professional result.

Customs? I LIVE for customs. Throw your questions at me now.

Shipping? I try to choose the most cheapest option for shipping but the most reliable and protective option for you goodies. So any queeries, please take it up with me asap. I do NOT believe in ripping people off with P&H.

Payment & Refunds? Payment is preferrably via Pay Pal but I'm quite flexible :) If you think you may want a refund on any item, please take it up with me before diving into a fists blazing battle. I'm kind and generous but I do not like to be spun around in circles. I will always try and resolve problems though, that's what mums do!
