I am committed to making high quality cute and quirky handicrafts. Things that I like, that I hope other people might also like. I love using quality new and repurposed products to create my handicrafts. I love using natural fibres wherever possible. I am also committed to making the purchasing process as smooth as possible for my buyers.

Payment Policy:

At this point in time, I can only accept Paypal payments. If you would rather pay through direct deposit, please contact me and I will let you know if I am willing to set up this method of payment.

If you have requested a custom order, I will send you a message as soon as the listing is online. Please note that payment is required before I can ship the item.

If you have requested a reserved listing, I will send you a message as soon as the reserved listing is online. Please make the purchase within 3 days of listing, or I will re-list the item.

Postage Policy:

All items will be shipped via Australia Post regular parcel post (in a padded bag). All international shipping will be via airmail. If you wish to have postal insurance, or registered (trackable) post, please email me before purchasing, and I will create a reserved listing for you that reflects these upgraded postage choices.

I charge exact shipping on all my items. Please note, I am not charging for the packaging or for handling, just purely for the cost of postage. Australia Post has flat rates for different countries, up to a certain limit (for example, up to 250g), so please note that the price of $0 for 'with additional item' is limited to items that meet that weight bracket requirement. As my items are generally small and/or light, they should generally meet this requirement. However, if they do not, I will contact you and let you know before proceeding, as postage costs almost double with the next weight bracket.

If postage turns out to be less than you paid, I will refund the difference via Paypal, if the difference is more than AU$0.50

Refund Policy:

If, for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know. If you want a refund, the onus will be on you to pay postage to return the item to me, but I will refund the original payment through Paypal.

Custom Order Policy:

I take custom orders. If you see anything on my blog {www.candykins-crafts.blogspot.com} that would like to order as a custom order, please feel free to contact me about it. I will let you know whether or not I can do it, and an expected timeframe and quote.
