About Itty Bitty:
     Itty Bitty Buttons & Crafts is run by B, out of her apartment in St Kilda. A design student, figure skater, and lover of cats- as well as a crafter -B is very excited to bring her little craft projects to madeit.com.au. Each piece is lovingly hardcrafted from recycled, vintage, upcycled and found objects- scouring op shops, junkatiques and obscure fabric stores makes crafting an adventure, as well as a passion.

Buying from Itty Bitty:
   First of all, congratulations on your purchase! I hope you will be thrilled with your order. Postage is as quoted in the listing (please contact me if there is any confusion). I send my pieces lovingly wrapped, well padded and protected. Included in the parcel is a reciept with price breakdown and return/refund information. 

Buying a gift for a friend or loved one?
    Just let me know! I will gift wrap the parcel and include a hand-crafted card. I can even ship the item to a seperate address to the invioce if required, just let me know. I'm willing to go the extra mile to help!

Payment Information:
    I prefer to conduct transactions through PayPal, however if you contact me other arrangements can be made. I can also accept direct deposit and COD.

Postage Information:
    Postage is as quoted in the listing, with registered mail used on items over $30. If you have specific postal instructions I am more than willing to work with you. International shipping quotes are available on request. Delivery turnaround within Australia is between 2-5 business days, with express or registered mail available.

Returns & Refunds: 
    I am sure you will love your purchase from Itty Bitty. However, if you are for some reason unsatisfied, please contact me within 48 hours of recieving your item. If the item is damaged or broken from transit, I can repair the item or offer you a replacement or refund (if available). If the item you recieve is not what you believe you ordered, please contact me and I will work with you to ensure you are satisfied. 
    Refunds may take up to 14 days to go through PayPal. 

Materials Used:
    At Itty Bitty I used environmentally sourced materials, mainly second hand. I spend a lot of time searching op shops, clothing bins, fabric stores and markets to bring you unique pieces. As such, fading and other wear and tear may be present on items. I do my best to note these things in the item descriptions, but please do note that the colour and appearance of items may differ on your screen. If you have specific questions about an item, please do not hestitate to contact me.
