Gift Wrapping

We can gift wrap your purchase in a box with tissue paper and either blue or purple ribbon. We also include a cute little handmade card with your message.  Prices range between $5 and $15 (inc postage) depending on size and quantity. Please contact us for a quote.

Payment

Payment is accepted through PayPal or direct debit.

International Customers – payment by PayPal only.

Payment is requested within 3 business days. If payment has not been received within 7 days the sale will be cancelled, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Postage/Shipping

Your order will be sent within 3 days of receipt of payment.

Postage is regular Australia Post mail.  For multiples purchases, a satchel up to 500g is around $7. Smaller items are usually free with a clothing purchase (E.g. postage for ladies apron, pair of earrings and 2 hair clips would be $3.00).  We can also organise Registered ($3.05) or Express Post ($5 - $13) at an extra cost.  Please contact us at checkout and we will adjust your invoice.

International customers – please contact us for a postage quote. NB Packages to the rest of the world could take up to 6 weeks to arrive (although usual timeframe is more like 2 weeks).

We will not be held responsible for any unregistered post that does not arrive.   If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Refunds/Exchanges

 If there is a fault in the workmanship of your purchase we are happy to exchange or refund. You will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchases.  Items must be returned in the original packaging, with tags attached and not worn, used or washed.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange/refund for change of mind on any jewellery, hair accessories or custom orders.

All our products are made with quality products and a whole lot of love.
