PAYMENT POLICY: Pearl Tree Designs accepts Paypal for payment. All items will be shipped once your payment has been received. If you wish to pay by direct deposit please contact me before making your purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY: Any purchased items will be mailed with 48hrs of purchase. A message will be sent to you via Madeit, with CONFIRMATION OF SHIPPING and the date the package was posted. I am happy to offer combined shipping and if you would like to clarify the cost of postage for multiple items please contact me before making the purchase.

Within Australia: All items are sent by Australia Post. Please allow the standard 3 - 5 business days for your order to arrive. I am happy to send your order by express or registered post, please just notify me prior to purchase, and I will set up a custom listing for you with adjusted postage costs.

International: All items will be sent via standard Air Mail. Please allow the standard 2 - 4 weeks for your order to arrive. I am happy to send your order by express or registered post, please just notify me prior to purchase, and I will set up a custom listing for you with adjusted shipping costs. Please note international shipping is estimated and if your destination is more than the advertised shipping you will be notified prior to the posting of the item.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

REFUND POLICY: I aim to make sure that all my customers LOVE my products and my store, so please contact me if you have any concerns.

Refunds will only be given if the item is faulty or damaged, and all monies (including the return shipping costs) will be refunded via PayPal, once I receive the item back. 

If you just change your mind, I will be happy to organise an exchange for you within 14 days of purchase, for another item from my store of equal or higher value. The cost of return shipping will be at the buyers expense and the items need to be returned in the same condition that you received them (original packaging and tags on) I will cover the cost of shipping your replacement item back to you.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:   All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos. Please note that I try to provide photographs that depict the product colours as accurately as possible, however all monitor settings are different and therefore colours may vary.
