Paypal is my preferred method of payment. I will also accept direct deposit (contact me for details). If payment is not received after 3 days, the sale will be cancelled and the item relisted for sale. If you have any questions, please contact me.
Please ensure that your address is correct before finalising the transaction. If you would prefer your purchase to be sent to an alternative address, please notify me in the “message to seller” box when you are finalising your order.
I do not make any money on postage and I do everything I can to keep it as cost effective as possible for you. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6.95, as per the current price for mailing parcels under 500g within Australia (not many orders go over 500g but if they do, I absorb that extra cost). I do not charge extra fees when you add more than one item to your order. I use standard Australia Post and pack with recycled packaging whenever I can to keep the costs down. If the postage cost is ever less than $6.95, I will refund you the difference.
Express post or signature on delivery can be arranged, just contact me before purchase so that I can amend your invoice (it will be more expensive).
Items will be posted following reciept of payment. I post three times per week. Once your purchase has been shipped, I will send you a confirmation email. Please allow about a week for your order to arrive within Australia.
Customers outside of Australia, please contact me regarding shipping prices before purchase so that I may quote you an accurate postage price and set up a custom listing for you.
If your purchase is a gift, I can post to that person’s address. I would be happy to gift wrap and add a little notecard from you. Please include all relevant information in the “add message to seller” section when you are finalising your purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
I ask that you read the complete descriptions of my items and choose carefully before you purchase. I take great pride in everything I make and I want you to love it too. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days so we can work out a solution together.
Other important information
My items are not for commercial resale and I do not accept wholesale orders for any purpose at this time.
Many of the photos you see are representative only - I specify in the description which photos are. Due to the handmade nature of my work, each piece is bound to vary slightly. Please allow for variations in the wood grain or colour of your purchase when compared to the original photo. Bear in mind also that my camera and your computer monitor may display colours slightly differently to the actual item. If you require any clarification, please contact me.
Everything I sell is very strong, hard wearing and should last through many generations of little ones. Due to the nature of wood, however, there can sometimes be weak spots. If an item is thrown, dropped, or otherwise hits a hard surface at a weak point, there is the possibility that it will split or chip. I recommend using a PVA wood glue to make repairs.
Please consider the age of the child you are purchasing for and use your best judgement. Many pieces are small and are not suitable for children who still put things in their mouths. I do my best to give accurate measurements so that you can decide if the size of an item is appropriate.
I would be very appreciative if you would take a moment to leave feedback once your receive your order. It is important to me to know that your order arrived safely and that you are happy with your purchase.
