Thank you for visiting the Sheeps Clothing store.

All our handknits are custom knit to order.  As a guide, please allow three days for a hat and up to one week for a scarf. Upon purchase, you will be advised of exactly how many days before your item is postage.

We love to work with our customers to custom make an item that is just what you are after.  Please feel free to contact us with your specific colour / sizing / styling request.

Payment

Buyers are welcome to pay via bank deposit (details supplied on purchase) or via Paypal.  We ask that you send payment through immediately upon purchase.  If however, you are unable to do so, please just let us know.  Unpaid orders will be cancelled after five days unless contact is made.

Postage

All Sheeps Clothing items come with a custom swing tag detailing care instructions.  Your parcel will be wrapped and sent in secure outer packaging.

Return / Exchange

As the highest level of care and skill is applied to all our handknits and accessories, we are sure you will love them.  If however, the item is not suitable, or you require a different size, we ask that you advise us immediately.  You are welcome to return your purchased item for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.  Items will only be accepted for return if all tags are still attached and the item is in as new condition.
