Payments
Purchases can be made by adding items to your cart and then using PayPal to complete the order. You do not have to set up a PayPal account to pay this way. Alternatively, if you are within Australia, you can choose the 'direct deposit' option at checkout and I will email you details for payment.
Postage
Each order, for delivery within Australia, will be sent by Australia Post using their Registered Post service, so that it can be tracked while on its way to you. Should you require Express Post, please email me to discuss the options and costs. Overseas deliveries will be sent using Australia Post standard International postage. Please note that items which are for delivery outside Australia may be subject to the relevant country's import duty and taxation. I cannot accept responsiblity for these costs and payment must be made by the recipient, please check at time of purchase.
Dispatch Times
Each piece of Angelwing Jewellery is made to order and will be dispatched within 2-4 days of receipt of full payment. I'll send you a confirmation email when your order has been sent, so you know it is on its way and can look forward to its arrival.
Presentation
Every purchase is beautifully gift wrapped. If you would like a personalised message to be added, please email this to me when you make your order. Your purchase will be sent to you in a sturdy package to ensure no damage occurs while it is on its way. A Free polishing cloth is also include with your order to remove any tarnish over time and keep your jewellery looking as beautiful as the day you received it.
Returns Policy
I am sure you will be completely satisfied with your order. All Angelwing Jewellery items are made, by Cathy McCarthy, to the highest standards and checked thoroughly before they are dispatched to ensure you have the best experience. Please check your order on arrival. Should you encounter any issues with the craftsmanship of your chosen piece, please email me within three days of receipt to discuss a solution.
