Payment is expected at the time of purchase. If you do not pay within 7 days and do not get in touch with me, your order will be cancelled.
Orders will ship once payment has been received.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped. We ship a minimum of once per week, usually on a Wednesday. If you require your order quickly please let me know and I will make arrangements as necessary. I send all parcels via regular Australia Post. International orders ship via regular Air Mail and do not include a tracking number. Please note that shipping times depend on your location.
If you would like insurance for your parcel, please let me know. There is an additional charge for insurance, so please wait for a revised invoice before paying.
I cannot be responsible for uninsured packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Also note that any duties/customs fees incurred on the package are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customer service is very important to me! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order so we can work things out together.
I am happy to gift wrap any item from my shop - just let me know! I wrap in brown kraft paper with string or ribbon and attach a tag with handwritten message. If you would like to include a personal note to your recipient, please let me know.
I am also happy to ship directly to a gift recipient – but please make it very clear exactly where the gift should be sent!
