Welcome to my store! My name is Rachel and i have been a part of the wahm (work at home mums) community since my youngest child was born 5 years ago. Loopy Loos Designs was born to satisfy my need for a creative outlet, while also allowing me to be at home with my children, Ella, William, and the baby of the family, Charlotte (now 5). I have had a passion for buying quality, homemade items for many years, until one day i decided to drag out my sewing machine and make something of my own. Thus the first Loopy Loo Tag Blanket was created! From blankets i moved onto bibs and as my daughter grew, so did my ideas. Friends (and often strangers), would comment on Charlottes bright and funky bibs and blankets and ask if i could make them something too. At the urging of friends and family, i decided to start up an online store, and 4 years later i am still finding great enjoyment in creating quality and unique items for little ones. Snap & Scoop Bib The Snap & Scoop bib is a bib design born out of frustration at cleaning up after a 1 yr old who refused all attempts at assistance during meal times. Tired of cleaning yoghurt, rice and spaghetti off my child and then out of the corners of the high chair (and usually the floor), i decided to design a pocket bib that could catch the mess before it hit the lap, allowing for quick clean up. Borrowing on the idea of the plastic crumb catcher bibs i had used (and hated) with my other children, i have created a bib that can be snapped up to form a scoop to catch falling food, and then be un-snapped after mealtimes allowing food to be deposited into the bin. The use of cotton fabric makes the bib absorbant to catch spills, while the fleece backing prevents most of the spills seeping through onto clothing. Unlike many fixed pocket bibs, the unique snap design prevents food getting stuck into the corners of the bib, making it easy to clean and care for. This bib actually does exactly what it's meant to do! Try one out and say goodbye to messy clean ups!
